开设个人户口
客户可透过下列途径开设中富证券户口：
| 1. | 网上开户或亲自来临本公司。 |
| 2. | 要求我们以电邮方式联络阁下有关开户事宜。 |
开户需知：
A. 香港客户欲开设户口需携同下列文件，亲自交回本公司。
| 1. | 《美国账户税务合规法案》回复便条。 |
| 2. | 香港身份证/护照副本。 |
| 3. | 有效期3个月的住址证明，如：水、电、煤气单、银行月结单。 |
| 4. | 香港银行账户的银行卡(借记卡)/香港银行账户的存摺本。 |
B. 中国客户欲开设户口需携同下列文件，亲自交回本公司。
| 1. | 已填妥的申请表及美国《海外帐户税收合规法案》(FATCA)表格； 非美国籍人士，适用 W-8BEN； 美国公民或美国居民，适用 W-9。 |
| 2. | 《美国账户税务合规法案》回复便条； |
| 3. | 当地身份证、护照副本及往来港澳通行证； |
| 4. | 公安机关发出的临时住宿登记证明表/有效期3个月的住址证明，如：水、电、煤气单、银行月结单； |
| 5. | 香港银行账户的银行卡(借记卡)/香港银行账户的存摺本。 |
C. 未能亲身面谈客户。
海外客户/未能亲身面谈客户可透过邮寄方式申请。唯客户须将已填妥的开设户口申请表及美国《海外帐户税收合规法案》(FATCA)表格，连同上述其他开户文件上传到“中富证券有限公司”，香港德辅道中 255-257 号 2 楼 201室。此外亦须符合以下条件：
| 1. | 美国《海外帐户税收合规法案》(FATCA)表格 非美国籍人士，适用 W-8BEN； 美国公民或美国居民，适用 W-9。 |
| 2. | 开户按金HK$10,000元； 仅接受申请人名下的私人划线支票，支票抬头注明“中富证券有限公司”； 按金可作股票交易之用，如客户于开户时存货，则可豁免按金要求。客户取消户口时可取回该按金。 |
| 3. | 支票必须是本地银行所发出的个人支票(支票上之姓名必须与身份证/护照上的姓名相同)。 |
| 4. | 所有以上的开户文件寄回本公司前必须先经由当地专业人仕(如 执业律师)核证。 |
| 5. | 已填妥的申请表及美国《海外帐户税收合规法案》(FATCA)表格 非美国籍人士，适用W-8BEN。 美国公民或美国居民，适用W-9。 |

The following documents should be submitted together with the completed Account Opening Form

Remark 备注：
以上副本文件须经执业律师、执业会计师、本地持牌银行经理认证。另外，申请人亦可携同文件正本及副本到本公司总行给指定职员认证。
All above documents should be certified true by a practicing solicitor, a practicing accountant, a HK licensed bank manager. Alternatively, the same documents could be certified true by the designed staff at our Office upon presentation of the originals and copies.
