開設個人戶口
客戶可透過下列途徑開設中富證券戶口：

要求我們以電郵方式聯絡閣下有關開戶事宜。 |
開戶需知：
A. 香港客戶欲開設戶口需攜同下列文件，親自交回本公司。
| 1. |
《美國賬戶稅務合規法案》回覆便條。 |
| 2. |
香港身份證/護照副本。 |
| 3. |
有效期3個月的住址證明，如：水、電、煤氣單、銀行月結單。 |
| 4. |
香港銀行賬戶的銀行卡(借記卡)/香港銀行賬戶的存摺本。 |
B. 中國客戶欲開設戶口需攜同下列文件，親自交回本公司。
| 1. |
已填妥的申請表及美國《海外帳戶稅收合規法案》(FATCA)表格；
非美國籍人士，適用 W-8BEN；
美國公民或美國居民，適用 W-9。
|
| 2. |
《美國賬戶稅務合規法案》回覆便條； |
| 3. |
當地身份證、護照副本及往來港澳通行證； |
| 4. |
公安機關發出的臨時住宿登記證明表/有效期3個月的住址證明，如：水、電、煤氣單、銀行月結單； |
| 5. |
香港銀行賬戶的銀行卡(借記卡)/香港銀行賬戶的存摺本。 |
C. 未能親身面談客戶。
海外客戶/未能親身面談客戶可透過郵寄方式申請。唯客戶須將已填妥的開設戶口申請表及美國《海外帳戶稅收合規法案》(FATCA)表格，連同上述其他開戶文件上傳到“中富證券有限公司”，香港德輔道中 255-257 號 2 樓 201室。此外亦須符合以下條件：

美國《海外帳戶稅收合規法案》(FATCA)表格
非美國籍人士，適用 W-8BEN；
美國公民或美國居民，適用 W-9。

| 2. |
開戶按金HK$10,000元；
僅接受申請人名下的私人劃線支票，支票抬頭註明“中富證券有限公司”；
按金可作股票交易之用，如客戶於開戶時存貨，則可豁免按金要求。客戶取消戶口時可取回該按金。
|
| 3. |
支票必須是本地銀行所發出的個人支票(支票上之姓名必須與身份證/護照上的姓名相同)。 |
| 4. |
所有以上的開戶文件寄回本公司前必須先經由當地專業人仕(如 執業律師)核證。 |
| 5. |
已填妥的申請表及美國《海外帳戶稅收合規法案》(FATCA)表格
非美國籍人士，適用W-8BEN。
美國公民或美國居民，適用W-9。
